We stayed in a business king, for which I didn't see photos online. It was reportedly an upgrade. It had a comfortable bed, a large sofa, and an upholstered chair, plus two tables. Most hotel rooms have far less comfortable seating and we liked this room partly for that reason. Also, I had requested a quiet location with a view of nature and this room had both. Finally, we appreciated being able to get a very good breakfast for 25% off, essentially in the building, at the adjacent White Spot. We would definitely return to this hotel if in Abbotsford in the future.

Overall, our stay was fantastic! The rooms were impeccably cleaned, and the staff was extremely friendly. We loved our initial room so much that we extended our stay for another night. A special shoutout to the front desk lady who worked around 3:00 PM on Tuesday, October 22nd; she truly made our experience memorable, though I unfortunately can’t remember her name. Having the White Spot nearby, with a discount, was a lovely bonus, we ate there every day. When we switched rooms for our extra night, we upgraded from a business king to a king with a jacuzzi tub, and we were thrilled with that decision. Highly recommend!

I liked the beauty of the surrounding mountains; the courtesy and friendliness of the staff; the convenience, quality, and 10% discount to the White Spot restaurant; the easy highway egress and grocery store within walking distance; the nice big new clean room (including couch and comfy stuffed chair), plenty of USB outlets, the refrigerator, free coffee and bottled water; convenient free parking; beautifully designed pool environment and convenient exercise room; the indirect energy of conference activities in the building; and the availability of gasoline and what looked like all night fast food options on the way out to the highway even at 5:30 am!

No breakfast included. They offered a small discount on the restaurant but it was quite expensive anyway. The coffee at the reception was a good touch. Overall my experience was really good. I asked for a toddler bed, and when I arrived in my room there was a foldable twin bed and a playpen so I could decide wich to use. The staff was friendly and the facilities were very well cared. The pool was great and I had a great time with my toddler.

The bed was so comfortable and the pillows. The tub was amazing and had enough hot water to fill it. The robes were comfortable, not stiff and cheap. The shampoo was not mini bottles. The staff is kind and efficient.

The location was great for what I wanted. Walking distance to castle fun park and food! I also loved how big and beautiful the room was! So many drawers to put stuff away!

I loved the front desk staff that greeted me. Unfortunately, I did not get his name but he was so excited that we were there. They way he welcome me and my family was very sincere. He made me feel I booked at the right place. In the morning I called front desk to ask for an hour later check out and the gentleman that answered was pleasant on the phone and was happy to accommodate us. And during check out he was on point. He was dealing with a check out before me, helped me and assisted someone on the phone all within minutes without making me feel rushed out.
