I loved the front desk staff that greeted me. Unfortunately, I did not get his name but he was so excited that we were there. They way he welcome me and my family was very sincere. He made me feel I booked at the right place. In the morning I called front desk to ask for an hour later check out and the gentleman that answered was pleasant on the phone and was happy to accommodate us. And during check out he was on point. He was dealing with a check out before me, helped me and assisted someone on the phone all within minutes without making me feel rushed out.

Right off the bat, the staff was super friendly and made me feel at ease right away. It was CLEAN and easily accessible plenty of parking. Housekeeping was always prompt with our requests and very respectful of social distancing. I wish I could remember the wonderful ladies name, she was training with Jim when I checked and they both were fantastic!

White Spot breakfast was great, and receiving 25% off food items was an unexpected treat. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyed the swim and relaxation. Fitness room looked good too, although we didn't use this. We arrived very early and wanted to just drop our bag off, but room was ready immediately - appreciated this.

Our rooms were clean, easy to get to . The staff - both front desk and housekeeping were friendly and competent. Parking was easy and always available. It was nice having hot water in the lobby and being able to walk indoors to the White Spot on site.

The staff were great! Very helpful and accommodating! The cot we requested was not in our room when we arrived. The front desk agent had it to us within 5 minute with extra towels and water, so thoughtful thinking ahead!! Well done!
